Our Story

Our owner, Pamela, purchased the Rudy's on the Square to run and call her own while providing quality service and food to the community. Originally established in 1936, we re-opened in 2017 and have been full steam ahead in our commitment to provide fresh, delicious meals and the highest standard of customer service for our customers in the Murray community and the surrounding areas.

We’re a local, family owned restaurant with a variety of food options, highlighted by our breakfast offerings, fish specials, and hot brown sandwiches. We’re cooking up delicious food all day and even offer our breakfast options around the clock so you don’t have to wake up early to enjoy a delicious omelet or combination breakfast. Our traditional southern home-style comfort food will leave your mouth watering and your stomach satisfied. With items ranging from our Rudy’s Hot Brown, to sandwiches, fresh fish, soups, salads and so much more, you’re guaranteed to find a new favorite every time you dine with us.

We’re always thrilled to get to know and develop personal relationships with the people in our community, and we want everyone that walks in and dines with us to feel like a part of our family getting a home-cooked meal. Our friendly and courteous staff is always available to answer any questions, offer suggestions, and do whatever possible to ensure you have the best dining experience with us. We offer carry-out and delivery, available through Murray Eats so you can conveniently order dinner for the family and have it ready in no time.
